How many files and how much data can you handle?
Basic: Up to 1,000 files (~5 GB) Standard: Up to 5,000 files (~20 GB) Premium: Up to 15,000 files (~50 GB) I can comfortably manage 5,000–8,000 files (up to 25 GB) per day. For larger volumes, we can process in safe batches.
How do I send my files?
You can securely share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or any other method. I maintain complete confidentiality.
Do you keep original files safe?
Yes. I always create a full backup of your original files before renaming and return them with the final output.
Can you follow my exact naming format?
Yes. Please send 2–3 sample files showing your desired format, and I will follow it precisely.
What is the delivery time?
Basic: Within 24 hours Standard & Premium: Within 12–24 hours (faster for smaller batches)
Will I get a record of changes?
Yes. You will receive a detailed Excel/CSV log showing Old Filename → New Filename for every file.
What if I have very large data?
No problem. Just inform me of the total size and number of files. I will process large volumes in secure batches and keep you updated.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
I offer free revisions. Tell me what needs to be changed and I will fix it promptly.
Do you handle confidential documents?
Yes. All client data is treated with strict confidentiality. Files are permanently deleted after delivery.
