Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website and mobile application (“HunarBox”) This platform is designed to connect freelancers and clients By registering or using the platform, you agree to comply with all these terms
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use HunarBox By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Only residents of India can create a Freelancer account
Any person or company globally can use HunarBox to buy services
2. Account Security
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
HunarBox reserves the right to suspend any account found using false information or impersonating others
3. Services & Scope
HunarBox acts solely as a venue to connect freelancers and clients
We are not a party to any contract between the freelancer and the client
The platform is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by freelancers
4. Payments
HunarBox strives to keep the payment system secure
Users are solely responsible for all tax obligations and financial compliance
In case of a dispute, the platform may offer mediation assistance, but the final resolution responsibility lies with the users
5. Prohibited Activities & Content Policy (Zero Tolerance)
To ensure a safe environment, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene
Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
Sexual Content: Nudity, sexually explicit content, or material depicting sexual violence
Spam & Scams: Attempting fraud, unauthorized advertising, or forcing users to pay outside the platform
Bullying & Harassment: Threatening or intimidating other users
6. User Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation
As a user, you are responsible for the content (Jobs, Services, Messages) you post
Reporting Mechanism: Users can report any objectionable content or abusive profiles directly within the app using the “Report” feature
Action Timeframe: HunarBox monitors reported content and will take action (remove content or ban user) within 24 hours of a valid report
Violating our Content Policy will result in immediate account suspension
7. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, text, and design of the HunarBox platform are the exclusive property of HunarBox
Users cannot copy, modify, or redistribute platform assets without written permission
8. Limitation of Liability
HunarBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service
All transactions and projects are undertaken at the users’ own risk
9 . Termination
HunarBox reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, specifically regarding Clause 5 (Prohibited Activities)
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
