We’re excited to have you as part of our community. Before you start promoting HunarBox, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By joining the program, you agree to follow all the rules mentioned below.

1. Eligibility

To join the HunarBox Affiliate Program:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Only one affiliate account is allowed per person.
  • All applications are manually reviewed.
  • HunarBox reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Affiliate Commission

You earn commission when genuine customers successfully purchase through your affiliate link.

  • Commission is only applicable on successful and completed orders.
  • Cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.
  • Commission rates may vary depending on services, promotions, or campaigns.
  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to generate commission through your own purchases may result in account suspension.
  • Commission approval may take 5–7 business days for verification and fraud checks.

3. Tracking & Cookies

To track referrals properly:

  • HunarBox uses affiliate tracking cookies.
  • The cookie duration is 30 days from the user’s first click.
  • If a user purchases within this period, the affiliate may receive commission.
  • Tracking may fail if cookies are cleared, ad blockers are used, or users switch browsers/devices.
  • HunarBox is not responsible for tracking failures caused by external factors.

4. Payment & Payout

Important payout rules:

  • The minimum payout threshold is ₹500.
  • Payouts are processed only after commission approval.
  • Payments are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Available payment methods may include:
    • UPI
    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
    • PayPal (for international affiliates)
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
  • HunarBox reserves the right to temporarily hold payouts for additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake orders or fake referrals
  • Self-purchases using affiliate links
  • Spam emails or bulk unsolicited messages
  • Bot traffic, fake clicks, or automated traffic generation
  • Misleading advertisements or false claims
  • Brand impersonation
  • Using HunarBox trademarks or logos in paid ads without permission
  • Cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation
  • Creating multiple affiliate accounts

Violation of these policies may result in:

  • Commission cancellation
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination of the affiliate account

Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote HunarBox using honest and legal methods, including:

  • YouTube videos
  • Blogs & websites
  • Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/ X
  • WhatsApp & Telegram sharing
  • Email newsletters
  • Tutorials, reviews, and service walkthroughs

Affiliates must not:

  • Make fake promises
  • Misrepresent HunarBox services
  • Mislead customers regarding pricing, quality, or guarantees

Please promote responsibly and professionally.

7. Commission Verification

All commissions are reviewed through automated and/or manual verification systems.

HunarBox reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious commissions
  • Reverse invalid commissions
  • Hold payouts during investigation
  • Request additional verification information

All commission decisions made by HunarBox are final.

8. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent partners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of HunarBox.

Joining the affiliate program does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship

between the affiliate and HunarBox.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

HunarBox may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account without prior notice if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • These terms are violated
  • Fake traffic or suspicious referrals are found
  • The affiliate abuses the system
  • The account remains inactive for an extended period

Any unpaid commission associated with policy violations may be permanently removed.

10. Changes to the Program

HunarBox reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission structures
  • Update these terms
  • Pause or discontinue the affiliate program
  • Introduce new rules or limitations

Continued participation in the program after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

HunarBox will not be responsible for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Technical errors
  • Tracking failures
  • Delayed payouts caused by third-party systems
  • Issues outside reasonable control

Total liability, if any, will not exceed the commission earned by the affiliate during the previous 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
