Welcome to the HunarBox Refer & Earn Program. By participating in this Program, you (the “User” or “Referrer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Refer & Earn program is open to all registered users of the HunarBox application.
  • HunarBox reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

2. Variable Referral Rewards

  • For every successful referral, the Referrer will receive cash rewards credited directly into their HunarBox wallet.
  • Dynamic Reward Structure: The referral reward amount is variable and can range between ₹25 to ₹200 per successful referral.
  • The exact reward amount credited for any referral depends on ongoing promotional campaigns, algorithm checks, and policy updates. HunarBox reserves the right to change these reward amounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Withdrawal Threshold and Policy

  • Minimum Withdrawal Limit: Currently, a user must accumulate a minimum balance of ₹500 in their HunarBox wallet to request a withdrawal to their bank account or UPI.
  • Non-Fixed Limit: This minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹500 is not permanent. HunarBox reserves the absolute right to increase, decrease, or modify this limit at any time based on platform rules, payout fees, or internal company policy changes.
  • All withdrawal requests undergo an automated security check to verify the legitimacy of the earned rewards before processing.

4. “One Device, One Referral” Strict Policy

  • To prevent system abuse and ensure fairness, HunarBox enforces a strict “One Referral Per Device” policy.
  • If a referred user (Referee) downloads and registers on a mobile device that has already been used to create a HunarBox account or participate in a previous referral, the referral will be marked as Invalid.
  • No referral reward will be credited for multiple accounts created or accessed on the same physical device.
  • Any attempt to use emulators, device ID changers, cloner apps, or virtual machines to bypass this restriction will lead to an immediate and permanent ban of the user account.

5. Successful Referral Criteria

A referral is considered successful only when:

  1. The Referee downloads the HunarBox app using the Referrer’s unique referral link or inputs the Referral Code during signup.
  2. The Referee completes the full registration process on a new and unique device that has never registered on the HunarBox platform before.

6. Fraud Prevention and Account Termination

  • HunarBox uses advanced device tracking and fraud detection algorithms to prevent duplicate or automated signups.
  • If a user is found creating fake accounts, using temporary phone numbers/emails, or abusing the referral system, HunarBox reserves the right to:
    • Cancel, void, or forfeit all accumulated wallet balance and pending withdrawals.
    • Permanently suspend or ban the user’s HunarBox account.
    • Take legal action if financial manipulation or system abuse is detected.

7. Modifications and Program Termination

  • HunarBox reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program (or any part of it) at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
