If either party (client or freelancer) stops responding during a project, you can use the “Report Issue” option to inform the Hunarbox Support Team. Our team will check the communication history and resolve the issue to ensure a fair solution for both users.

Anyone with a skill like graphic design, writing, web development, video editing, etc. can become a freelancer on Hunarbox.
How to apply for projects?
Freelancers can view the project list and submit proposals, and work begins after the client’s approval.
How are payments received?
Payments are secured through an escrow system. The client deposits the money first, and it is released to the freelancer after the work is completed. The freelancer can then withdraw the money at any time or instantly.
